Terms for Flying with Hedgerow Balloons

1. Who runs the lea

These terms govern your use of hedgerowballoons.com ("Hedgerow Balloons", "we", "us"), operated by the operator of hedgerowballoons.com. Using the site means you accept them.

2. Who may climb aboard

Only people aged 18 or over may use Hedgerow Balloons. Anyone using it confirms they are 18 or over.

3. The play coins

All the games use virtual coins, given away free of charge.
Coins hold no monetary value. They count as neither money nor credit, and nobody owns them as property.
Coins may not be purchased, sold, withdrawn, transferred or exchanged, whether for money, goods, services or prizes. No in-app purchases exist.
No prize of real-world value is offered on the lea.
We may alter or reset coins, levels and features whenever needed.

4. No real-money gambling on the lea

Hedgerow Balloons neither offers nor promotes real-money gambling, and no link on the site leads to gambling operators.

5. Your page in the flight book

Vinebank Hamper and Bluestripe Bake Table require a free account. Hold just one account per person, and do not share it.
Keep your password private, and if someone else has used your account, tell us quickly.
From your account page you may delete your account whenever you wish. It goes immediately and cannot be undone.
We may suspend any account that disrupts the site, or whose holder we believe to be under 18.
Coins, levels and missions stay with the account rather than becoming your property, and can be reset.

6. Flying the site fairly

Do not attempt to disrupt the site, aim automated tools at it, put coins up for trade, or let anyone under 18 use it.

7. Grounded days and liability

The site is offered “as is”, and we may change or withdraw any part of it. A malfunction voids all plays and pays. Liability that the law forbids limiting is not limited by these terms, and your statutory rights stand untouched.

8. The law over the lea

The law of England and Wales governs these terms, on the lea and off it.
