The crew has no access to real-money gambling accounts, so cannot help there. For gambling support, ring the National Gambling Helpline free on 0808 8020 133.
Every pilot at Hedgerow Balloons must be an adult of 18 or over. Each balloon runs on virtual coins with no monetary value, and nobody can buy, sell, withdraw or exchange them. The lea has neither a coin booth nor a checkout, offers no prize of real-world value, and success here does not imply future success at real-money gambling.
